This virtual session will help educators explore the role of collaborative teams within the professional learning community. We will give attention to dysfunctions that keep teams from operating collaboratively, steps to help teachers move from a culture of isolation to collaboration, and how a collaborative team can function best as they focus on the critical questions for learning to drive the work in their meetings.
